Indian Commercial Co. Ltd (ICC) was incorporated in August 1943 by Kilachand Devchand & Co. The activities of Kilachand Devchand & Co. included trading in Cotton, Oilseeds & Jute.

As a start, ICC was responsible for merchandising polystyrene made in India by Polychem, a joint venture between Kilachand & Dow Chemicals.

Currently ICC is a Chemical Indenting and Trading house, importing and exporting a wide range of chemicals which cater to various industries.
